Release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer and/or distributor and are subject to change. Manufacturer, distributor, freight, or other unforeseen delays may affect product availability and the date orders are shipped.

Preorder products will ship after inventory has been received, processed, and prepared for fulfillment.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock products may be held until all products in the order are available. If you would like in-stock products shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Important Preorder & Allocation Notice

All preorder quantities are subject to final manufacturer and/or distributor allocation and availability.

Placing a preorder reserves your requested quantity but does not guarantee final allocation or availability.

If Madness Collectibles receives less inventory than ordered or expected, affected orders or quantities may be reduced or canceled. Orders will generally be fulfilled in the order they were received, subject to available inventory and reasonable quantity limits.

Any portion of an order that Madness Collectibles is unable to fulfill due to distributor allocation, manufacturer cancellation, or product unavailability will be refunded in full to the original payment method without a cancellation fee.

Madness Collectibles reserves the right to establish reasonable quantity limits when necessary due to allocation or limited product availability.

Preorder Cancellations

Please purchase preorder products only if you intend to complete the purchase.

Customer-requested cancellations of preorder items may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the canceled merchandise subtotal to help offset payment-processing and administrative costs.

This fee applies only to voluntary customer-requested cancellations and does not apply when Madness Collectibles is unable to fulfill all or part of an order due to manufacturer/distributor allocation, manufacturer cancellation, or product unavailability.

Release dates are estimates and may change. A change to an estimated release date does not automatically cancel an order. 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Sealed Product Notice

Booster boxes, cases, and master cases sold as sealed products are intended to be shipped in the condition received from our authorized distribution channels.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to exterior packaging—including small dents, scratches, scuffs, loose wrapping, or other packaging variations—may occur during manufacturing, distribution, or transit and do not necessarily indicate damage to the product contents.

The presence, distribution, pull rate, rarity, condition, or value of any particular card is not guaranteed unless specifically guaranteed by the manufacturer.
